1. Can you try your channels for free?

Of course it is good to test our channels. After filling in the form you will receive a free test sent to your email. Your free trial account will be activated instantly.

NOTE! The test account is only activated if you share our page on your Facebook/Twitter. We very much appreciate that you take the time and share our website on your social media! This helps us keep low prices.

2. How can i contact you when I need support?

We are always here to help you, and you can contact us on

  • Online chat. We are online 24 hours a day, all year round. If we are not available for chat then you can email us at nordicchannels@protonmail.com.
  • Email. Please send us message on Contact Us or to our email nordicchannels@protonmail.com. We usually respond within an hour.

4. How many channels do you have?

We have more than 2000 TV channels. We are not providing 3000-4000 channels like other IPTV providers because we goal is provide quality IPTV service. As you understand, 3000-4000 channels means low quality IPTV service.

For our clients in Scandinavia, we provide all Scandinavian TV channels.

5. Har ni öppet köp/ångerrätt?

Vi har tyvärr inte ångerrätt, men vi erbjuder gratis test så du kan testa vår IPTV tjänst innan du köper. Om du känner dig osäker kan du alltid börja med att köpa en 1 månadsabonnemang från vår produkt sida.

Yes, we have EPG (TV guide) for our channels. After your purchase, you can get an EPG link.

11. Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?

Yes, if not used at the same time.

If you want to be able to use it on two devices and watch at the same time, you must purchase the channel package for 2 devices. Then you will get two separate accounts so you can use it in completely different places with different IP addresses.

12. Can I use my IPTV subscription when I am abroad?

Yes, you can use your IPTV subscription where ever you want.

Yes, our IPTV service support Chromecast.
